Latitude 45 is thrilled to share that Histoire d’un fleuve / Historia rzecki / History of a River, the second composition for symphonic orchestra by the jazz trumpet player and composer Jacques Kuba Séguin, was premiered by the Polish Philharmonic Orchestra of Zielona Góra at the Jazz Crossing Festival on October 2nd 2020.

This symphony is the second composition for symphonic orchestra by Jacques Kuba Seguin.
The inspiration of this three-movement work comes from the stories of the different native peoples living on the shores of the great Saint Lawrence River in North America.
